Level I:
0-3 years.
Follow established procedures and guidelines to form a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process. Load materials into production machines. Remove, pack, and sort raw materials or finished products. Collect, and dispose of garbage and production waste according to the organization's waste removal and recycling policies. Clean production equipment and work areas. Some previous experience or training may be required.
Skills
o Must be able to work in a physically demanding role. The work involves long hours standing and bending. Heavy lifting is also required in at times.
o Lifting of up to 50 lbs. is required and sometimes lifting of boxes are greater than 50 lbs. – team lift is expected
o Basic math and computer skills are necessary for the position. Knowledge of the inventory database used in an organization is helpful, but workers may learn on the job.
o Must be able to communicate in verbal and written English

Shift: 1st shift – 5am-1pm with overtime – 5a-3p or 5a-5p
Per manager: we normally work 50 hours on average, and when busy, 60-68 hours.
