A growing endocrinology practice in central Minnesota, about an hour north of St. Cloud is seeking a BC/BE Endocrinologist to join its team and help expand access to specialty care across a large regional service area.

Position Highlights:

  • Four-day work week with excellent work/life balance
  • No call and primarily outpatient practice
  • Join a supportive, system-wide team of Endocrinologists and APCs
  • Large service area with hundreds of referring physicians
  • Excellent surgical providers for thyroid and parathyroid conditions
  • Evaluate and manage the latest diabetes technology, including pumps, sensors and meters
  • Flexible scheduling with typical office hours of Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • Potential for future outreach opportunities as the practice continues to grow


Compensation & Benefits:

  • $344K+ base compensation
  • Additional compensation may be available through bonuses, quality incentives and/or production-based compensation
