Interim Corporate Services Lawyer

EMEA Recruitment is supporting a leading international professional services organization in its search for an Interim Corporate Services Lawyer to join its team in the Randstad region.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate and commercial law to work with an international client portfolio and provide practical, commercially focused legal advice within a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities of the Corporate Services Lawyer:

• Advise international clients on a broad range of corporate governance, transactional and compliance matters
• Provide legal support across corporate structures and legal entities
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and other legal documentation
• Support clients with corporate governance and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with clients, senior stakeholders, relationship managers and internal legal colleagues
• Provide practical legal advice on day-to-day client matters
• Support the business with regulatory developments and compliance requirements
• Build strong relationships with international clients and key stakeholders
• Help manage complex legal matters across a diverse portfolio of clients

Candidate profile:

• 4+ years' relevant legal experience
• Strong background in corporate and commercial law
• Experience advising international clients or businesses
• Experience within a financial services, professional services or similarly regulated environment would be advantageous
• Good understanding of corporate governance and regulatory matters
• Experience with Dutch corporate law and commercial contracts
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to provide practical and commercially focused legal advice
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Fluent English is essential; Dutch language skills would be advantageous
• Must already have the relevant right-to-work/permits
