Apply directNesco Resource is seeking a Team Lead for one of our long-term clients in Auburn Hills. This iis on a rotating schedule. You would work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday one week. The next week you would work on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. This is a 6 AM- 6 PM schedule.
The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily team operations, ensuring productivity, maintaining quality standards, and supporting team members in achieving departmental goals. This role serves as the team's primary point of contact, providing guidance, coaching, and performance support while fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve performance objectives and service standards.
- Monitor daily workflow, productivity, and quality metrics to ensure operational goals are met.
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing development opportunities for team members.
- Address employee questions, concerns, and performance issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all documentation, notes, and system updates are completed accurately and promptly.
- Communicate departmental updates, process changes, and expectations to team members.
- Assist with scheduling, workload distribution, and resource allocation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to resolve issues and improve operations.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with company systems, software, and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
