Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 4:45pm, Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm

We are recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team in Leek. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service, coordinating orders, and ensuring customers receive a seamless experience from enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Administrator, your duties will include:
- Processing customer orders accurately through Shopify, Amazon, retailer portals and Sage systems
- Liaising with the fulfilment warehouse to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfilment
- Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Managing returns, replacements, credits and associated administration
- Providing product information and technical support, with full training provided
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory management
- Preparing documentation to support warehouse picking and dispatch activities
- Working closely with internal departments to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently
- Assisting with warehouse picking duties during holiday cover when required
- Supporting colleagues across the wider team during absences and busy periods
- Attending trade and consumer events as required
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful Customer Support Administrator will have:
- Previous experience within a customer service, administration or sales support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Strong team-working skills and a flexible approach to supporting colleagues
