Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (DOE)
Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 4:45pm, Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm

We are recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team in Leek. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Administrator, your duties will include:

  • Processing customer orders accurately through Shopify, Amazon, retailer portals and Sage systems
  • Liaising with the fulfilment warehouse to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfilment
  • Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Managing returns, replacements, credits and associated administration
  • Providing product information and technical support, with full training provided
  • Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory management
  • Preparing documentation to support warehouse picking and dispatch activities
  • Working closely with internal departments to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently
  • Assisting with warehouse picking duties during holiday cover when required
  • Supporting colleagues across the wider team during absences and busy periods
  • Attending trade and consumer events as required

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful Customer Support Administrator will have:

  • Previous experience within a customer service, administration or sales support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Strong team-working skills and a flexible approach to supporting colleagues
