- Assessing, approving, and reviewing secured loan applications in line with the Bank’s retail lending policies, while working closely with business teams to support, track, and manage the end-to-end approval process.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key counterparts to ensure smooth collaboration and timely outcomes.
- Staying on top of market developments to help keep our products and services competitive and relevant.
- Supporting policy and guideline reviews, and contributing to product development, service improvements, and other ad hoc projects as needed.
- University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ banking experience, with at least 3 years in consumer lending
- Knowledge of Hong Kong property market with understanding of banking mortgage operations is an advantage
- Strong business sense with good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Resilient, capable to work effectively and responsibly in a dynamic environment
- Ability to embrace change and overcome challenges
- Proficiency in both English and Cantonese
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
