2nd Shift General Labor Associate – Chesterfield, MI

Nesco Resource is currently seeking a 2nd Shift General Labor Associate for our client in Chesterfield, MI. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday:
    • 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM (10-hour shift), or
    • 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM (8-hour shift)
  • Saturdays: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM (as needed)

Pay Rate:

  • $16.80 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload parts on a 5-axis machine.
  • Perform general labor duties as assigned.
  • Assist with additional manufacturing tasks based on production needs and experience.

Qualifications:

  • Reliable, honest, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Able to communicate effectively and work well as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality are required.
