Job Responsibilities:
- Manage month-end closing processes, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements and effective cash flow management.
- Prepare and maintain accurate bank and financial business reports, including cash flow forecasting.
- Perform financial data analysis to support business performance evaluation, forecasting, and annual budgeting exercises.
- Ensure all financial reports comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Handle company secretarial duties and maintain compliance with HKEX requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and consolidate necessary financial information.
- Design and continuously improve reporting templates and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Manage KYC procedures and perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, exp in a sizable or listed company is a MUST.
- Strong attention to detail with solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical skills with high sensitivity to financial data and numbers.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (spoken and written). Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., HKICPA or equivalent) is highly advantageous.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
