Service Crew - $60/hr
Nippers - $50-$55/hr

SERVICE CREW – KEEP THE MINE MOVING
You're the backbone of underground operations.
From ventilation and dewatering to services installation and site support, you'll play a critical role in keeping production crews operating safely and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
NIPPERS – THE FAST TRACK TO A BIG UNDERGROUND CAREER
Every great underground operator starts somewhere.
As a Nipper, you'll work alongside experienced development crews, gain hands-on experience, and build the skills that open doors to future opportunities in jumbo, service crew, charge-up and beyond.
Your duties will include:
Previous underground mining experience
Manual Australian Driver's Licence
DGSC (WA)
SSAN (SA)
National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
Relevant licences, VOCs and training transcripts
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and DAS

- Installation and maintenance of ventilation, water, air and pumping infrastructure
- Transporting materials, fuel, tooling and ground support supplies underground
- Supporting development and production crews across the operation
- Maintaining underground roadways, escapeways and access routes
- Contributing to safe and efficient mining operations every shift

As a Nipper, you'll work alongside experienced development crews, gain hands-on experience, and build the skills that open doors to future opportunities in jumbo, service crew, charge-up and beyond.
Your duties will include:
- Supporting jumbo operators and development crews
- Delivering tools, materials, hoses, cables and ground support supplies
- Assisting with heading preparation and clean-up activities
- Transporting underground equipment and ventilation materials
- Conducting pre-start inspections and maintaining safe work areas
Previous underground mining experience

SSAN (SA)
National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
