We're expanding our resourcing hub and are seeking passionate recruiters who understand the Australian market and know how to find quality candidates. If you're experienced in sourcing FIFO candidates, tradespeople, shutdown personnel and mining operators, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role
Working closely with our Australian recruitment team, you'll play a key role in sourcing and engaging skilled candidates for some of Australia's leading mining, engineering and industrial companies.

We'd love to hear from recruiters with experience in:

• Australian mining recruitment
• FIFO recruitment
• Shutdown recruitment
• Trades and technical recruitment
• Blue-collar labour hire
• Workforce solutions and labour hire agencies servicing the Australian market

Your Responsibilities :

• Source high-quality candidates for mining, shutdown, maintenance and construction roles across Australia.
• Recruit trades and blue-collar personnel including Mechanical Fitters, HD Fitters, Electricians, Boilermakers, Operators, Riggers, Scaffolders, Supervisors and other skilled trades.
• Conduct candidate interviews and phone screens.
• Build talent pools using SEEK Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, JobAdder and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Write detailed candidate profiles and present suitable candidates to the recruitment team.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
• Advertise vacancies and proactively headhunt passive candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within JobAdder and other recruitment systems.

About You :

• Previous recruitment experience supporting Australian clients.
• Proven experience recruiting within the Australian mining, resources, construction or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of blue-collar and trades recruitment.
• Experience recruiting FIFO and shutdown personnel will be highly regarded.
• Experience using JobAdder is highly regarded.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using SEEK Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• A reliable home office setup with stable, high-speed internet.
