They are seeking a proactive and experienced Branch Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and branch activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, ensuring efficient inventory control, maintaining safety standards, and supporting customer order fulfilment for pneumatic products and components.
About the role
We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Auto Electrician / System Builder to work 3 days per week. This role is responsible for the assembly work for electrical and pneumatic components, installation, wiring, testing, fault finding and commissioning of control systems used within their industry.
The successful candidate will have strong practical electrical skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work from electrical drawings, schematics, and technical instructions. The position combines traditional auto electrical work and pneumatic control system building.

Key responsibilities
- Build, assemble and wire 12V/24VDC electrical systems in accordance with drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Build, assemble and electrical/pneumatic systems in accordance with drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Manufacture, modify and install wiring harnesses and cable assemblies.
- Complete cable termination, crimping, soldering, connector assembly, and heat shrinking.
- Install switches, relays, circuit breakers, fuses, sensors, solenoids, controllers, and other electrical components.
- Assemble electrical control boxes, panels, and system enclosures.
- Carry out electrical fault finding, diagnostics.
- Use multi meters, test equipment, and diagnostic tools to identify electrical faults.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Test completed systems to ensure correct operation, functionality, and compliance with specifications.
- Perform continuity, voltage, and functional testing as required.
- Assist with system commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Identify opportunities to improve system design, wiring layouts and assembly processes.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work, modifications, and test results.
- Ensure wiring and system builds are neat, secure, correctly labelled and completed to a high standard.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Follow company quality procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Work closely with engineering, production to resolve system and installation issues.
Skills and experience
- Previous auto electrical or systems building experience
- The ability to build, assemble and electrical/pneumatic systems in accordance with drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Attention to detail at all times
- Possess a “can do” positive attitude
- Be a team player at all times
- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
