ABOUT THE COMPANY.
Our Client based on the Lower North Shore, Sydney is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist. Due to the nature of this position, you will be expected to bring in demonstrated experience in high-volume recruitment.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
Up to 3 months, full-time contract. In Council, you will be involved in the recruitment process from start to finish. From the attraction of staff, recruitment and selection, administration, relationship management, to job evaluation - your input to Council will significantly contribute to their growing teams.
DUTIES.
- End-to-end recruitment activities including considerable administrative tasks
- Ensure TA practices are in alignment with legislation & Council policies
- Attending interviews as a panel member
- Shortlisting, interviewing and selection of Candidates
- Consulting line managers on recruitment strategies
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Demonstrated experience working in an internal recruitment role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High-volume recruitment experience (mandatory)
- Immaculate attention to detail and written skills
REMUNERATION.
$55 - $60 p/h + Superannuation
(Depending on experience and suitability to required experience)
