We’re looking for a motivated and capable team member - from mid-level to project lead to support with documentation and coordination across a growing portfolio of projects. With a recent increase in workload, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with a small, supportive team and gain hands-on experience across all project phases. Depending on your experience, you may also take the lead on specific tasks or project components.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Collaborate to design education and healthcare facilities
- Work on all stages of the projects from conception to completion
- Develop detailed architectural plans and specifications, ensuring compliance with education and healthcare regulation
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Proven experience in healthcare or education is preferred
- Industry experience in construction documentation and detailing
- Working knowledge of Revit
- Excellent communication and relationship management
