• Predictable workweek with efficient OR flow
• Off-site call with post-call days off; typically 1 night/week and 1 weekend/month
• $575K–$600K base salary plus stipend Sign-on and Relo Reimbursement
• Fully paid employee health insurance, 401(k) with immediate vesting, occurrence malpractice coverage, paid parental leave, and no non-compete
