• Four established Gastroenterologists, Hospital hiring a 5th Generalist, 4 APPs
• GI Hospitalist positions available with 7-on 7-off or 14-on 14-off schedules
• GI providers are very busy and ready to welcome in an additional one.
• Bread and butter Gastroenterology practice: Advanced procedures optional
• Call will be 1:5 with new recruit with only one hospital to cover
• 5 Endoscopy suites with blocked schedule. 2.5 days/week of procedure time
• 6-county catchment area that is not over-saturated and little competition
FINANCIAL
• Base Salary guarantee 722K base plus RVU production.
• Recruitment bonuses (sign-on and relocation), profit sharing, 401k plus other competitive benefits
• Proven income potential is over $800K
• High potential income yet lower cost of living area, making your dollars stretch.
• Qualified for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
