- Work in a team of 30 anaesthetic SMOs and 11 trainees, with strong support for junior staff and ongoing education
- Participate in both in-hours and out-of-hours anaesthesia services
- Be part of a department approved by ANZCA for 2 years of vocational training
- A wide variety of surgical, medical, oncology, and radiological services with opportunities to expand practice in the private sector
- A commitment to service improvement and implementing innovative, culturally appropriate healthcare practices
