Our client is seeking experienced Radiologists to join a well-established and highly respected regional imaging service in New Zealand's lower North Island. Applications are welcomed from both Diagnostic and Interventional Radiologists, as well as Nuclear Medicine Physicians, with opportunities available to accommodate a broad range of subspecialty interests and expertise.
As part of a collaborative and supportive radiology team, you will contribute to a comprehensive diagnostic imaging service supported by modern technology and strong interdisciplinary relationships. The department provides a wide variety of imaging procedures and maintains close clinical engagement with both hospital-based specialists and community healthcare providers. The service performs approximately 96,000 imaging examinations annually, offering a diverse and stimulating case mix across both general and specialist services.

- Biliary intervention, including access procedures and stenting
- Drain insertions
- Image-guided biopsies
- Vascular access procedures, including haemodialysis access and PICC line insertion
- Musculoskeletal intervention, such as ultrasound-guided injections
- Breast imaging

- Nuclear Medicine services with dual gamma camera capability
