  • Experience working on large-scale commercial roofing projects
  • Proficiency with roofing estimating software (The EDGE preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documents
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
