The Opportunity
Working closely with a collaborative team of investment professionals, your responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary and meeting coordination
- Coordinating domestic and international travel
- Managing team schedules and meeting logistics
- Preparing presentations and documentation
- Supporting with expenses and administration
- Assisting with office coordination and team support
- Liaising with both local and international stakeholders
- Managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Supporting a collaborative team culture and office operations
We are seeking candidates who bring:
- Approximately 5-8 years' experience within a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant or Team Coordinator role
- Previous experience within:
- Financial Services
- Investment Banking
- Funds Management
- Private Equity
- Professional Services
- Corporate environments
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or teams
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive and adaptable mindset
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Confidence working within fast-paced and changing environments
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and openness to technology and AI tools
