Hiring: Operations Officer – Hedge Fund (Singapore)

A well-established hedge fund platform is looking for an Operations Officer to join their Singapore office. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a lean, fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment

  • Support compliance by preparing necessary documentation and reports

  • Evaluate and enhance operational processes and controls to mitigate risk

Ideal Candidate:
  • Singapore PR preferred and immediate availability required (must be able to start before end-June)

  • Minimum 5 years of operations experience in financial services (required for MAS licensing criteria)

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational systems

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field required
Salary: SGD 4,000 – 5,000/month
Based in Singapore
