Regional Manager (PA or NP) - Infusion Center

Regional manager will be responsible for up to 10 direct reports that include clinical supervisors (CS) and territory supervisors (TS)

Primary responsibility is to work with the Director to build, refine and measure process through

• Regional Huddle – Meet with the director to build and develop initiatives handed down from the Executive team
• Territory Huddle
• Meet weekly with TS’s and CS’s without a territory
• Work with the director to identify potential gaps in process. Develop pathways to fill these gaps.
• Coordination of opening team for new facilities

Secondary responsibility is to provide emergent staffing coverage for their region

• Oversight of new facilities opening.
• Evaluate territory clinics KPI’s
• Days to schedule
• Staffing $ per visit/Staffing $ per chair hour
• Assist with patient schedule optimization
• Visit all regional facilities once per quarter

Requirements:

• Nurse Practitioner or PA license required
• Previous Management experience is ideal
• Previous Infusion Center experience is ideal
