Plumber / Plumbing Laborer

Career Concepts is hiring a Plumber / Plumbing Laborer for a full-time position in Pleasantville, PA. This position is a good fit for candidates with basic plumbing knowledge, mechanical ability, or hands-on labor experience. Candidates do not need to be highly experienced, but should be reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable performing physical work. Pay will be based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with installation and service of water treatment and plumbing-related equipment.

  • Travel to job sites in company vehicles with the service team.

  • Load, unload, and move equipment, materials, and tools from company vehicles.

  • Assist plumbers and technicians with service calls, installations, shop inventory, and general labor as needed.

  • Follow safety procedures and complete tasks as directed by lead technicians or supervisors.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Basic plumbing experience or mechanical aptitude preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.

  • Experience in plumbing, construction, maintenance, water treatment, or general labor is helpful.

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment up to 100 pounds at times.

  • Comfortable standing, walking, climbing stairs, and performing physical labor throughout the shift.

  • Dependable, willing to learn, and able to work well with a team.

Benefits/Compensation

  • Full Time

  • Pay Rate is $15.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

  • Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

  • Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts

  • Temp-To-Hire

  • Benefits after Probation period
