CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Skilled Labourers for ongoing opportunities across various projects in Darwin, NT.

We have ongoing full-time opportunities across landscaping, irrigation, construction, defence and warehousing for reliable and experienced candidates.

These roles are suited to skilled and versatile labourers who are comfortable working across different environments and can confidently use a range of construction tools, equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• General skilled labouring duties across various project environments
• Supporting construction, landscaping, irrigation, defence and warehousing projects
• Assisting trades and project teams with day-to-day site requirements
• Operating construction tools, equipment and heavy machinery as required
• Material handling, site preparation and general site maintenance
• Following project plans, drawings and instructions where required
• Maintaining clean, organised and safe work areas
• Following all WHS procedures, safety requirements and site regulations
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Skilled Labourer or in a similar hands-on role
• Current Driver’s Licence (MR Licence highly regarded)
• Telehandler RII highly regarded
• White Construction Card
• Confined Space, Working at Heights and EWP tickets highly regarded
• Familiarity with construction tools, equipment and heavy machinery
• Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and drawings is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Physically fit with the stamina to perform demanding manual duties
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Ability to adapt to different project environments and work requirements

• $40–$50/hr | Depending on experience
