Chef – Airline Catering | Brisbane Airport | $38/hr + Super About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Chefs to join our team at a large-scale catering facility based near Brisbane Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global leader in airline catering, producing high-quality meals for major international airlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and assemble meals to strict client specifications in a high-volume environment
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and workplace health & safety standards
  • Maintain stock levels and assist with production planning
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure consistency and presentation
  • Supervise and support Catering Assistants as required
About You
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in bulk cooking or high-volume kitchens
  • Flexible availability, including overtime and weekend work
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and work ethic
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production targets
