POSITION DESCRIPTION Position purpose The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the firm’s strategic marketing direction, strengthening brand positioning, and driving initiatives that support business development and growth. This role oversees campaign planning, digital strategy, content direction, events, partnerships, and CRM utilisation. Working closely with the Leadership team, the Marketing Manager ensures cohesive execution of all marketing functions and delivers measurable outcomes that enhance the firm’s market presence. Main tasks CORE OBJECTIVES INCLUDE: Marketing Strategy & Leadership Develop, implement and manage the firm’s annual marketing strategy and calendar. Provide strategic recommendations to Leadership based on market insights and emerging opportunities. Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency across all platforms and communications. Manage external suppliers including designers, digital agencies, photographers, videographers and event vendors. Digital Marketing & Social Media Oversee the digital marketing strategy across all platforms, including social media, website, and email marketing. Ensure optimal SEO performance, accessibility compliance and digital best practice. Supervise paid digital advertising (e.g., sponsored posts, Google Ads), including budgeting, optimisation and reporting. Provide direction for leadership team LinkedIn positioning and visibility.

Marketing Campaigns & Business Development Lead the planning, development and execution of firm- wide marketing campaigns aligned with business and brand objectives. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities and risks. Measure and report on campaign performance to inform future decision-making. Collaborate with business development stakeholders to leverage marketing intelligence and client insights. Events & Sponsorship Management Lead the end-to-end management of firm events, including strategy, planning, logistics, and post-event analysis. Evaluate and manage strategic partnerships and sponsorships to maximise brand ROI. Represent the marketing function at key events as required. CRM & Data Governance Oversee the strategic use of the CRM system to support marketing and BD initiatives. Ensure data accuracy, segmentation practices and reporting frameworks are maintained. Use CRM analytics to inform targeted campaigns and improve client engagement. Content Oversight Guide the development of thought leadership, newsletters, blogs, case studies, and other brand content. Review and approve content to ensure alignment with tone of voice, brand standards and strategic messaging.
PERSON SPECIFICATION Experience & Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in a marketing or communications leadership role, ideally within professional services. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media and content strategy.
3 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word – Advanced; Outlook – Advanced; PowerPoint – Intermediate; Excel – Intermediate). Experience with Salesforce and Pardot highly regarded. Skills & competencies Strategic mindset with ability to translate insights into
actions. Exceptional communication skills across written, visual and verbal channels. Strong project management and organisational skills. Stakeholder management capability with confidence to influence and engage at all levels. High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
