The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across all aspects of project delivery, working closely with Project Managers and the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and delivery teams
- Coordinate project documentation and client correspondence
- Assist with invoicing, cost tracking, and basic project financial administration
- Support the preparation of project reports and documentation
- Assist with contract administration and document control processes
- Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Previous admin experience demonstrating ability to pick up processes and systems
- A strong interest in the infrastructure/project space
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and develop
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercial acumen
- A Diploma in Project Management (or working towards) is highly regarded
