We’re partnering with a well-regarded Town Planning consultancy that is seeking a Town Planner with circa 2–3 years’ experience to join their growing team.
This is an opportunity to work across a broad range of development projects throughout Victoria while being mentored by experienced industry leaders in a collaborative and high-performing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and managing planning permit applications.
- Reviewing planning controls, zoning, and overlays.
- Coordinating specialist consultant inputs.
- Liaising with councils, referral authorities, and stakeholders.
- Advising clients on planning risks, opportunities, and approval pathways.
- Preparing planning reports, submissions, and supporting documentation.
- Managing multiple projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
What We’re Looking For
- Circa 2–3 years’ experience in a Town Planning Consultancy (ideally)
- Strong understanding of the Victorian Planning Scheme
- Excellent written communication and report writing skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Confident stakeholder and client communication skills
- Relevant Planning qualification
