This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, client consulting, workshop facilitation, and software implementation, offering the opportunity to partner directly with residential builders across Australia to optimise operational workflows and drive technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Workshop Facilitation: Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions with builder leadership and operations teams.
• Process Mapping & Improvement: Map current-state processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and design optimised future-state workflows.
• Software Configuration: Translate client business requirements into practical platform configurations within ClickHome.
• Integration & Data Support: Support data migration efforts and system integration touchpoints (APIs, third-party software).
• Testing & Training: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deliver structured training to drive fast client adoption.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage client expectations and project deliverables alongside internal dev, product, support, and sales teams.

What You Will Bring / Key Selection Criteria

• Core Experience: Background as a Business Analyst, Implementation Consultant, or Technical Software Consultant.
• Consulting Capability: Demonstrated workshop facilitation, requirement gathering, process mapping, and client-facing communication skills.
• Project Delivery: Ability to manage multiple concurrent client implementations effectively.
• Technical Exposure (Highly Regarded): Querying capability using SQL, API/integration exposure, or data migration experience.
• Domain Knowledge (Highly Regarded): Experience working in client facing environments within small to mid sized organisations. Backgrounds in residential construction, property, software, utilities, consulting, insurance, or other similar industries will be highly regarded, particularly where there is exposure to business process improvement, software implementation, stakeholder engagement, and customer relationship management.

• Remuneration: $120,000 to $130,000 package exclusive of Superannuation.
• Workplace Model: 4 days in the Melbourne office with 1 day WFH, alongside occasional interstate client travel.
