companies- around 1000's

softwares: CASBGl, MYOB AE

salary: open to salary... $95k

annual review, annual billing, entities set ups, pay bank deets etc
registration requirement - ABN and TFN - that will go back to tax admin person

Experience - she was quite experienced - need some senior

full time in the office

the other person what are they like???
they are a team, training by the other corp sec lady... she is lovely, down to earth

client group are quite large - 80 plus entities, some of the issue are complex and large complex

to be successful in the role, larger portfolio

We’ve just had a vacancy arise in our Corporate Secretarial department.

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Secretary to look after the following tasks:

ABN/TFN Applications – soon to be reassigned to another employee

Onboarding new Companies & Trusts onto CAS360

Maintain our Corporate Structure Documents

Create and Maintain our Corporate Files

Creation, collation, and corresponding in relation to incorporating new entities

Maintaining internal databases MYOB & CAS360.

KYC Requirements

ASIC Annual Company Statements

Maintaining all companies’ legal requirements with ASIC

All corporate billing

Amongst other Corporate Secretarial duties.

We are looking for a senior to fill the role and the salary is on par with market rates.

We don’t offer work from home on a contractual basis.

Sorry for the dot point PD but most corporate secretarial duties are similar.
