Order Management Analyst (Remote - PST Hours)

Are you detail-oriented with a knack for precision and a passion for streamlining order processes? We’re seeking a dedicated Order Management Analyst to join a dynamic team for a 6+ month engagement, fully remote, based in the Pacific Standard Time zone. This role offers the chance to impact key order-to-cash cycles, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment supporting innovative media and advertising campaigns.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of order reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, and data integrity management, collaborating closely with Sales, Revenue, and Finance teams to maintain flawless contract and order records. Your expertise will help guarantee seamless order processing aligned with contractual terms and audit requirements, directly contributing to the company’s revenue integrity and operational excellence.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience managing order-to-cash processes, contract processing, or related order management functions in media, advertising, or campaign environments
  • Hands-on Salesforce proficiency for order and contract validation, troubleshooting, and data entry
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to follow SOPs meticulously and flag exceptions promptly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder clarity
  • Demonstrated experience in reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience reviewing sales contracts or insertion orders (IOs) for compliance with standard terms
  • Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition principles, especially how order terms influence revenue timing

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in order management, contract administration, or related roles in a corporate environment

Other Requirements:

  • Fully remote position with standard PST working hours
  • Experience working with Oracle, Charge B, and Salesforce systems is highly desirable
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and manage high-volume transaction workflows
