Seeking BE/BC Surgery Physician Assistant to join an established, community-focused care team in western Massachusetts. This opportunity offers supportive clinical colleagues, regional specialty resources and an emphasis on high-quality patient care and a sustainable practice environment.

Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities

  • Provide perioperative care, operating-room support and surgical consultations.
  • Join an established team of surgical PAs and NPs working alongside surgeons, anesthesiologists and experienced nursing professionals.
  • Modern operating suites and a closed ICU/CCU support coordinated surgical care.
  • Full-time, 40-hour role covering variable days and all shifts.
  • Training and mentorship are available, with opportunities for professional growth and academic teaching.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $54.8111-$74.4159 per hour.
  • $10,000 recruitment incentive covering sign-on and relocation; annual incentive opportunity.
  • Five CME days annually and a $2,500 CME allowance.
  • 403(b) plan with 2% employer match plus a 2.5% core contribution after one year.
  • Generous PTO accrual and weekly direct deposit.
