HSR - Apartments Camberwell

Our client is looking to fill a key HSR Labourer position on a major apartment build which is located in Camberwell. We are looking for a safety-conscious candidate with prior experience in commercial construction to join this 2-year project. This role offers consistent, long-term work in a great location.

For the right candidate, work will be ongoing with extensive opportunities for overtime & high majority of our candidates progressing into Full-Time roles after 12 months with one of Victoria’s most reputable and long-standing builders.

This role will require you to complete an interview and pass a pre-employment medical.

ON OFFER:

• $50 per hour + super + Coinvest
• Weekly pay
• 2-year project duration
• Full-time contract offered after 12 months for the right candidate

ROLE DUTIES:
Labouring duties will include assisting in the construction of multi-dwelling townhouses, with tasks ranging from site preparation and manual handling to assisting various trades and general site clean-up.
As the designated HSR, you will also be responsible for representing your work group in safety consultations, identifying site hazards, and ensuring OHS compliance across the construction site. You will additionally support the site with Traffic Management, Materials Hoist and Electrical spotting requirements as needed.

Key requirements needed to apply:

• Valid White Card
• HSR cert 3 or above
• First Aid & CPR in date
• Traffic Management, Materials Hoist & Electrical Spotters Registration (ESV Accredited)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
• Full Australian work rights
• Must be able to work well within a team environment
• 12 months HSR experience is essential
