Ticketed Labourers - Sydney Metropolitan Area

We are currently seeking experienced Ticketed Construction Labourers for multiple projects across Sydney. We have immediate opportunities available throughout the CBD, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, Western Sydney and surrounding areas.

About the Role
You'll be working alongside site supervisors and qualified tradespeople on a variety of active construction sites, helping to keep projects running safely, efficiently and on schedule.
Duties will vary depending on your experience and tickets but will include a combination of skilled and general labouring tasks.
Key Responsibilities

• Assisting qualified tradespeople across a range of construction projects
• Operating machinery and equipment in accordance with your licences and tickets
• Site preparation, clean-up and material handling
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Safe use of hand and power tools
• Supporting site supervisors to meet project deadlines
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
• Working independently and as part of a team

Ticketed Roles & DutiesCandidates holding any of the following current tickets will be highly regarded:

• Forklift (LF/LO): Loading and unloading materials, moving pallets and supporting site logistics
• EWP (Elevated Work Platform): Operating boom lifts and scissor lifts to assist trades working at height
• Telehandler: Moving heavy materials around site and assisting with lifting operations
• Hoist Operator: Operating personnel and material hoists on multi-storey construction projects
• Working at Heights: Carrying out work safely at height while complying with all site safety procedures
• Confined Space & Silica Awareness: Working safely in high-risk environments, following confined space procedures and current silica safety requirements

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 12 months' construction experience
• Current White Card
• Relevant tickets and licences (where applicable)
• Strong understanding of construction site safety
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Reliable, punctual and physically fit
• Full Australian working rights

What's On Offer

• $38 - $45 per hour + Super (depending on experience and tickets)
• Daily travel allowance
• Meal allowance on eligible overtime shifts
• Overtime rates (time and a half / double time)
