Temporary CRM Specialist

Our client, a leading skincare brand, is seeking a Temporary CRM Specialist to join their team in New York City on a hybrid schedule. This is an open-ended, long-term freelance opportunity focusing on the execution of email and SMS marketing campaigns, from build through deployment and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys detail-oriented, executional CRM work in a fast-paced consumer-brand environment.

Job Duties Include:

• Build, QA, edit, schedule, and deploy email marketing campaigns.
• Build, QA, edit, schedule, and deploy SMS marketing campaigns.
• Execute audience segmentation and campaign scheduling within the CRM platform.
• Perform thorough quality assurance checks, including validating links, images, personalization, and content accuracy before deployment.
• Maintain and update the CRM marketing calendar as campaigns evolve.
• Track campaign assets and creative requests through JIRA.
• Support the development of CRM creative briefs and collaborate with cross-functional partners throughout the campaign process.
• Monitor campaign execution from briefing through deployment, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly email and SMS performance reports.
• Assist with campaign analysis and reporting to support ongoing optimization efforts.
• Partner with the CRM team to execute lifecycle marketing initiatives and customer communications.

Job Qualifications Include:

• Hands-on CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing experience.
• Experience building and deploying email and/or SMS campaigns within an Email Service Provider (ESP).
• Experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Listrak, Mailchimp, Attentive, or similar
• Strong attention to detail with experience performing thorough QA on marketing campaigns.
• Experience with audience segmentation, campaign scheduling, and CRM calendars.
• Comfortable working in a highly execution-focused role managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience using project management tools such as JIRA is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull and interpret campaign performance reports.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Pay: $45 - $60/hr DOE
