Apply directOur client, an established company in the Gas industry is seeking a Trades Counter Person for their Branch located in Mackay.
About the Position:
- Casual on-going with full-time hours
- Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm - No weekends!
- Offering $37 per hour
- Small friendly and supportive team
- Loyal customer base and busy branch

About the Duties:
- First point of contact for customers entering the branch
- Assisting customers with product enquiries, pricing and availability
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Processing customer orders
- Assisting customers with any issues and providing solutions
- Assisting with stock control and inventory enquries
- Using SAP program for processing orders, invoicing, stock management and customer enquiries
- Branch housekeeping as needed
About You:
- Previous experience in customer service, front counter, retail or internal sales
- Previous experience processing orders, invoices and purchase orders
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport and interact with customers
- Current Drivers Licence and reliable transport
- Able to particpate in a Pre-employment Medical including a Drug and Alcohol Test
