We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Specialist to support our client and take ownership of Finance processes and systems. This role will partner closely with key stakeholders to deliver solutions, enhancements and continuous improvements across the D365 Finance platform.
About the Role As the primary functional lead for Finance, you will work closely with Finance and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements, manage the Finance applications backlog and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary functional specialist for D365 Finance & Operations
- Support and optimise core Finance processes and systems
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into solutions
- Manage and prioritise the Finance applications backlog
- Lead requirements analysis, solution design, testing and delivery
- Provide functional support and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams and vendors
- Drive continuous improvement, automation and optimisation across D365 Finance
- Develop functional documentation, user guides and training materials
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly Finance modules
- Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting and Banking
- Experience delivering full-cycle D365 F&O implementations
- Strong Finance/accounting background
- Experience in business analysis or functional consulting within ERP environments
- Strong requirements gathering and process improvement skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively with senior business stakeholders and translate requirements into practical solutions
