Our Client is seeking a motivated and organised Customer Service Representative to join their team on a fixed-term maternity leave contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, providing customer service, administrative, purchasing, and operational support across the business.
To ensure a smooth handover and comprehensive training period, the successful candidate will commence in mid-August 2026, ahead of the current employee commencing maternity leave at the end of October.
About the Role As the Customer Service Representative, you will be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth flow of information, documentation, purchasing, and administrative processes. You will work closely with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Safety, Maintenance, Payroll, and external suppliers to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and organise production documentation and records.
- Update weekly and monthly reports.
- Maintain inventory levels for packaging, kitchen, and stationery supplies.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Safety, and Maintenance teams.
- Process production paperwork, including dockets, training records, and employee inductions.
- Monitor raw material and packaging requirements.
- File and archive production and quality documentation.
- Provide general administrative support across the business.
- Raise purchase orders for production materials and consumables.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding deliveries, pricing, and order status updates.
- Monitor outstanding purchase orders and follow up on overdue deliveries and invoices.
- Process quality records and secondary documentation.
- Collect, review, and process employee induction paperwork.
- Coordinate with Payroll and labour hire providers to facilitate onboarding and account creation for new starters.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a customer service and/or administration role.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to work.
- Strong data entry and record management capabilities.
- The ability to work collaboratively across a range of departments.
