What you'll be doing

  • Lead capital projects from feasibility through to commissioning across multiple sites

  • Develop scopes of work, project specifications, cost estimates and Capex requests

  • Review and challenge engineering studies, contractor proposals and equipment designs

  • Support reliability improvements, root cause investigations and plant optimisation initiatives

What you'll bring

  • Degree-qualified Mechanical Engineer or related engineering professional with strong mechanical expertise

  • Experience delivering capital projects from concept through completion within heavy industry

  • Strong capability in design review, equipment selection and project execution

  • Ability to build relationships across operations while working independently
