Seeking BE/BC Psychiatry Physician to join an established, community-focused care team in western Massachusetts. This opportunity offers supportive clinical colleagues, regional specialty resources and an emphasis on high-quality patient care and a sustainable practice environment.

Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities

  • Join an established adult inpatient psychiatry program with predictable, structured workflows.
  • Collaborate with two attending psychiatrists and three to four residents.
  • Direct emergency-department admission pathways support continuity and efficient care.
  • Teach and mentor psychiatry residents within a collegial academic environment.
  • Integrated nursing, social work and case-management professionals support interdisciplinary treatment.
  • Full-time, 40-hour Monday-Friday schedule, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $150.4808-$157.6923 per hour.
