Office Coordinator / Front Desk Coordinator

A well-established professional office in the Wexford area is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Office Coordinator / Front Desk Coordinator to support daily operations. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing administrative support to management and assisting with various office projects. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.

  • Greet visitors and maintain a professional front desk presence.

  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars.

  • Assist with travel arrangements, hotel reservations, and logistics.

  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate purchasing as needed.

  • Conduct research on vendors, products, services, travel, and other business-related topics.

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documents.

  • Maintain organized records and filing systems.

  • Assist with special projects and general office support duties.

Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma required; additional education preferred.

  • Previous administrative, office coordination, reception, or customer service experience preferred.

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with common office software.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
