Head of PMO

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is partnering with a leading organization to identify a highly capable Head of PMO to drive strategic transformation initiatives and support the execution of complex business projects, including mergers and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) function across strategic business initiatives.
• Drive project governance, planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Support end-to-end M&A activities, including integration planning, synergy tracking, and post-merger execution.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure strategic objectives are translated into actionable project plans.
• Establish project management best practices, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Manage cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading PMO, transformation, strategic projects, or M&A-related initiatives.
• Strong understanding of mergers & acquisitions, due diligence processes, integration planning, and change management.
• Previous experience with a Big 4 consulting firm (preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
