Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond swiftly to equipment malfunctions, perform troubleshooting, and execute repairs to restore production.
  • Diagnose and resolve recurring issues by identifying root causes to prevent future downtime.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs, including regular calibration of tools and equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with maintenance team members to support continuous improvement initiatives.
