Our client in the healthcare sector, is undertaking a major workforce management transformation, replacing its current system while overhauling the end-to-end processes and operating model that sit around it.
They're seeking an experienced Business/Process Analyst to join the process and policy stream of the project.
This is not a systems implementation or testing role. The system build is being delivered separately by the vendor. This role is focused on analysing current-state workforce and HR processes, redesigning them for the future state, and ensuring whatever is designed is practical, compliant, and fit for a highly regulated environment.

About the role:
- Analyse current state HR and workforce management processes end-to-end
- Design and document future state processes, incorporating operating model and policy considerations
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions across HR, operations, and project teams
- Identify what can and can't be challenged from a compliance/legislative standpoint
- Develop clear process maps and requirements documentation, with traceability back to core processes
- Support translation of process/policy requirements into system requirements where relevant
- Confident and comfortable running workshops and facilitating with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong foundational understanding of HR concepts and practices (HR operations experience highly regarded but not essential)
- Strong core business analysis skills, process mapping, requirements documentation, structured analysis
- Methodical, structured and considered approach to problem solving
- Experience on an HR transformation initiative, ideally having contributed to redesigning a process or workstream
- Sound understanding of employment legislation, industrial agreements/awards and operational policy, critical given the regulated industry context
- System implementation experience is beneficial but not required, this is a process first role, not a systems first role
