An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to join a major enterprise integration program, supporting the transition of people, systems, applications and data following a large-scale organisational acquisition.

Working within a collaborative project team, you'll partner closely with business stakeholders, architects, technology teams and vendors to define business, system and integration requirements that underpin successful solution delivery.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in complex enterprise environments and enjoys solving integration challenges across multiple technology platforms.

The Role

  • Lead requirements gathering across business, system, data and integration streams.
  • Define current and future state business processes, data flows and system interactions.
  • Produce functional requirements, interface specifications, process maps and data mappings.
  • Support system integration, application migration, data transformation and transition activities.
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business SMEs, architects, delivery teams and external vendors.
  • Identify risks, dependencies and gaps, ensuring solutions are clearly defined and traceable throughout delivery.
  • Support solution design, testing and implementation across the full project lifecycle.

About You

  • Strong experience in system integration, application migration and data migration.
  • Expertise defining business, functional, system and integration requirements.
  • Experience working with HRIS, payroll and workforce management platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of API integrations, interface design, data mapping and reconciliation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
  • The ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.

Experience with platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce, AlayaCare, TechnologyOne, ServiceNow or Microsoft 365 will be highly regarded, as will previous experience within healthcare, aged care or large service-based organisations.
