Engagement Manager

Christy Media Solutions is working with a global technology organisation to recruit an Engagement Manager (Americas) to join its Professional Services function in Mexico City.

This is a broad, customer-facing role combining technical project delivery, commercial scoping and customer leadership across the Americas. You will take ownership of Professional Services engagements from the presales stage, including scoping, quoting and Statements of Work, through planning and delivery to project closure and invoicing.

The position is approximately 60–70% hands-on project execution, alongside commercial/scoping activities and management responsibilities. You will coordinate three Technical Account Managers across the Americas and help drive a consistent approach to managed services and recurring revenue.

About the role

You will own the full Professional Services engagement lifecycle across the Americas, managing multiple customer-facing technical projects, typically 5–10 concurrent projects.

Acting as the primary customer contact and escalation point, you will manage project scope, planning, budgets, risks, quality, KPIs and profitability. You'll work closely with Sales on presales activities, including scoping, quoting and developing Statements of Work, while identifying potential upsell and expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts.

You'll also coordinate and support three Technical Account Managers across the region, manage project resourcing alongside the Delivery Manager, maintain accurate project information within Salesforce and contribute to the ongoing improvement of Professional Services processes and tools.

About you

You'll have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Professional Services, customer project management or engagement management within a technical environment, with experience managing customer projects across scope, planning, budget and quality.

You'll need experience of presales scoping, quoting and Statements of Work, alongside a strong commercial and revenue-focused mindset. Cybersecurity/security awareness and sufficient technical grounding to understand software delivery and integration projects are also important.

You should be comfortable managing multiple short-duration projects simultaneously, coordinating distributed cross-functional teams and communicating confidently with customers and internal stakeholders.

Fluent Spanish and English are required. Portuguese, media/content security or DRM experience, Salesforce knowledge and project management certifications such as PMP, Prince2 or Agile/Scrum would be advantageous.
