Reporting to the People Director ANZ, you will play a critical role in shaping and embedding a best-practice business partnering model across the region.
You will:
- Act as a true strategic partner to senior leaders – aligning people strategy with commercial priorities.
- Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners, setting standards of excellence, clarity and accountability.
- Establish and embed a clear partnering framework – defining “what great looks like” in how HR supports, challenges and enables leaders.
- Navigate complex, regulated environments with sound judgement and pragmatism.
- Partner effectively with global Centres of Expertise (Talent, Reward, OD and Resourcing) to deliver locally relevant, globally aligned solutions.
- Drive workforce planning, organisational design and leadership capability initiatives that enable sustainable performance.

We are seeking a commercially sharp and values-aligned HR leader who brings:
- 10+ years’ HR Business Partnering experience, operating as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
- Proven experience leading and coaching a team of HR Business Partners.
- Exposure to regulated environments (highly regarded), ideally within a technology-enabled or digital workforce.
- Experience working in a multinational matrix environment, partnering with global Centres of Expertise.
- A strong work ethic, pragmatic thinking and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- The ability to navigate complexity, influence outcomes and challenge constructively.
- Alignment to Entain’s purpose and values – delivering performance, responsibly.
