In joining StreamlineHR as their next consultant, you'll manage your own portfolio of retained and project-based clients, becoming a trusted adviser to business owners, CEOs, executive teams and Boards. One day you might be coaching leaders, facilitating a CEO performance review or navigating a complex employee relations matter. The next, you could be delivering an organisational review, leading a workplace investigation, developing HR frameworks or supporting a critical recruitment assignment.
You'll work across organisations typically employing between 20 and 200 people, partnering closely with leaders to solve meaningful business challenges. While you'll have the support of a shared Executive Assistant for coordination and administration, you'll need to be comfortable to do the less glamorous grunt work too. This is not a hierarchical business - so whilst you can lean on specialists in the team you’ll be responsible for the delivery to your clients.

You may be an experienced HR leader, or perhaps you're a Senior HR Business Partner ready to step into consulting. Previous consulting experience is advantageous, but what matters most is your ability to combine commercial thinking with practical HR advice and exceptional client care.
