ABOUT THE ROLE
Following recent growth in the business and promotions an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong FP&A skillset and curiosity has become available. You will be responsible for
- Leading budgeting and forecast for the group
- Provide commercial insights and decision support to senior stakeholders and ELT
- Develop and maintain financial models
- Partner with a variety of operational teams and present insights aligned to key performance metrics
- Develop and mentor one direct report
- Work collaboratively with wider finance function an divisional finance business partners
- Be champion for continuous improvements and AI adoption
- CPA or CA qualified
- 5+ years financial analysis and FP&A exposure
- BI systems experience essential, Oracle preferred but not essential
- Dynamic, driven, energetic and have a positive attitude
- You will display a ‘growth mindset’ and have a strong desire to learn and improve
