Corporate Treasury Lead - Exclusive

EMEA Recruitment is working with an international organization in their search for a Corporate Treasury Lead to join their growing team near Amsterdam.

We are seeking a Corporate Treasury Lead to support cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and treasury transformation initiatives across multiple entities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a treasury professional looking to play a key role in optimizing processes, managing financial risk, and driving digitalization within a growing global business.

Please note: this role is 5 days a week on-site.

Responsibilities of Corporate Treasury Lead

• Manage banking relationships, financing facilities, and treasury operations across the group
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital activities
• Monitor and mitigate FX, interest rate, and other financial risks through hedging strategies
• Partner with Finance, Tax, Legal, IT, and international teams to support group treasury objectives
• Drive treasury reporting, systems optimization, and process improvements
• Manage centralized treasury structures, including in-house banking, POBO, ROBO, and cash management
• Support treasury transformation, automation, and digitalization initiatives across the organization

Experienced required

• Degree in Treasury Management, Corporate Finance or similar
• 5-8 years' experience in Treasury within a banking environment or multinational organization
• Strong treasury knowledge, including cash flow forecasting and banking products; Kyriba experience is a plus
• Analytical, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure
• Strong English communication skills and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
