The role:

  • Manage commercial plumbing projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors and procurement
  • Work closely with clients, GCs, engineers and field teams
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals and change orders
  • Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget

I'm looking for someone with:

  • Solid experience managing commercial plumbing projects
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems, drawings and specifications
  • Experience managing project financials and schedules
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working with General Contractors and subcontractors
